 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
 - 1/2 cup celery, diced
 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with hot sauce and olive oil. Mix until evenly coated.
 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
 - In a large salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, celery, and red onion.
 - Add the buffalo chicken on top of the salad.
 - Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
 - Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles if using and serve immediately.
